My name is Phil. Here's a little bit about me!

I'm currently a Bioengineering PhD student, in the Guder Research Group at Imperial College London, looking at making low-cost sensors to measure plant disease response. I've previously worked at Syngenta and studied Chemistry at the University of Bristol. Check out my CV page to find out more about my current and previous work!

I'm also interested in creative media, including making videos, photo editing and design. I have a YouTube channel where I make reviews for retro video games and produce video essays. To see some of my other work, head to my Creative Portfolio.

I have also started a Blog where I will discuss my own work and share other people's work that I've found interesting. The aim is to talk about science and engineering in an approachable way for both scientists and non-scientists alike.
